The curl bar weighs 9 kg without the PowerBlock® dumbbells and is therefore also an ideal starting weight. And would you really like to get the most out of your workout? In that case, combine the EZ Curl Bar with the PowerBlock® dumbbells and train with a maximum of 43 kg.
