With the Sport EXP set stage 3 you increase the maximum weight of your PowerBlock® Sport expandable (EXP) dumbbell set to 40.8 kg (90 lbs) per dumbbell. This is the final expansion of the PowerBlock® Sport EXP and cannot be expanded any further.
The hand grip element contains two additional cylindrical weights which can be used to precisely adjust the load of the weight training.
