Our WTB500 is one of the quietest walkdesks on the market, making it an unobtrusive addition to any office. Built exclusively for office use, with a top speed of only 4 km/h, a perfectly tuned drive and a 3hp 4000RPM DC motor at its core, we have added a winner to our range.
The cheaper melamine or phenolic materials used by our competitors have been replaced by a 25 mm thick Bakelite deck and added guides prevent the treadmill from scraping along the side rails. A fan keeps the motor temperature under control, even if the treadmill is used around the clock.
Since no one will ever run or even walk briskly on a Walkdesk™ WTB500, we shortened the deck in order to gain back precious floor space that other units steal away. We even lowered the treadmill deck to maximize desk stability and minimize obstruction.
