This expandable (EXP) model starts at 22.7 kg (50 lbs.) per dumbbell and can then be expanded with 2 kits. A kit adds 9 kg (20 lbs.) to each dumbbell, so stage 2 weighs up to 31.7 kg (5-70) and stage 3 up to 40.8 kg (5-90).
This is a great option for anyone who wants their set to grow with them.
The hand grip element contains two additional cylindrical weights which can be used to precisely adjust the load of the weight training.
